Shower, sun loungers, further table and chairs.One of the barbecues of the villa is situated on the terraced surrounds of the swimming pool.Pool maintenance made by the owner and following our clean & safe protocol.THE GROUNDS Original covered and oak tree guards the drive.There is a strip lawn beside the veranda.Safety and private grounds, countryside views, there are two orange trees, pear, peach, almond and nut trees; vineyard and olive groves.Private parking space.
